How did you get started working on your Showit site? What was your first step?
I won my Sitehouse Design as a giveaway at Melissa Jill’s MJ2Day workshop and chose the Studio Playback design and then customized it myself with the Showit Software and just went from there! I recently refreshed some of the design elements to give it an updated look and feel which was super easy with Showit 🙂
Where did you look for inspiration for your site?
I wanted it to have an Editorial Look but still high end and boutique – I used magazines like Vanity Fair, Town & Country and Inside Weddings for design inspiration
What are you most proud of on your website?
I love the “Meet Me” page. I rebuilt this page entirely from the design template and added several personal touches and stories to get to know me better… I love the way this page turned out and it was super fun to put together!
What is your favorite thing about your website and what makes your website unique?
I love that my website really displays my personality and who I am as a photographer while displaying my images so clearly and prominently on the site at the same time. It really brings my brand to life.

Seven years ago, at a trade show in Vegas, the photographer’s discovery was first made. She walked down long, crowded hallways leading to even more crowded ballrooms. Every corner and row filled with booths of vendors making their pitch and vying for a sale. The pressure of making this trip count was mounting by […]
