Nate Sees was an original member of our crew back in the day of Slidehow. Do you remember Slideshow? He helped with the original design elements as he does today with Showit and the upcoming, Showit 5! Lucky for us, he recently left his hometown of Fresno, CA to hang out in the desert with all of us full-time!

Always ready to get to business, he is sometimes the first one in the office! He even beats our CEO from time to time. As the rest of us trickle in, we are never sure if he is there. The office is so quiet as he diligently executes his design work on his multi-screen set-up in the back. When we request his response to ensure he is still breathing, he always answers with a pleasant greeting. Maybe, he will even come back with a witty retort. However, we have come to learn that unless he comes out to continue the dialogue, it's understood that he is the zone! And Nate is known for being in the zone!

He doesn't apply his great work ethic and mastered concentration skills to just Showit. The man is currently mastering several instruments at once! Though Nate would never admit his proficiency in music, we know the truth. His love for music has even spread to his family. All four children are learning to play just like their dad!

When it comes to places in Nate's life were his pride comes through, it is clearly his love of family. Scrolling through Nate's Facebook or Instagram accounts, he would much rather place his children on a pedestal than himself. In fact, the man is far more humble than most. When asked what his real life superpower was, his answer was, “awkward pauses.” The truth is, when he does pause, it doesn't feel awkward at all. It's as if you are sitting with someone who has spent years studying the Greek philosophers and is weighing every option with the contemplation that you shamelessly didn't even put into a buying a new car. But that's Nate for you. He always aims to bring his best to the table, and we are all thankful that he keeps raising the bar.
