We recently asked our awesome line-up of United 2016 speakers what their favorite word is and we got a lot of really fun answers. From “precarious” (Ben Hartley – Six Figure Photography) to “rad” (Holli True – Holli True Photography) learning the favorite words of our speakers gave us a lot of insight into who they are and what makes them tick.

One of our favorite responses came from husband and wife team Ike & Tash Haynes. Their favorite word is “community”… and that doesn't surprise us at all. From the Ike & Tash Street Team to the Blink Conference, this couple is truly passionate about community.

Having been in business for seven years, they've discovered which aspects of their business they love together and what they love individually. Ike is passionate about photography and Tash is passionate about connecting with and getting to know their clients… which makes them a dynamic duo behind and in front of the lens.

Because they love community, Ike & Tash focus on creating an inclusive environment for their clients that feels more like being part of a family than a customer. And most importantly, while they love their business they're even more passionate about being parents to their daughter Wisdom, who has the best Instagram account we've ever seen for someone under the age of 5.

Like so many entrepreneurial parents finding the balance between work life and family life can be hard, but for Ike & Tash choosing to include Wisdom in their business life is a no brainer. Wisdom hangs out with The Street Team and can be found at almost every event her mom and dad attend.

For Ike & Tash, a huge part of being able to get it all done is outsourcing aspects of their life that aren't related to business.
